Welcome! Dan is a US astronaut who flew in space 4 times and wove lightship baskets during his long duration International Space Station mission of over 6 months.

Back on earth, he creates these unique, functional works of art. They are hand made and signed by Dan. He is also an avid carver of faux ivory to add unique touches to the baskets and clutch purses.
